FAQS

  • All prices can be found under the ‘Services’ page on our website, on our Instagram story highlights and Fresha.

  • Each brow treatment has a description of what it is included and who  they are suitable for. If you still need some help please do get in touch. 

  • The best form of communication for us is text. If you do call, please do leave a voicemail so we know what the call is regarding. Instagram direct messages do not always show up so text is preferred. Our details can be found on Google or Fresha. 

  • All bookings can be made through Fresha. You can access Fresha on desktop, app or through the ‘Book Now’ button on our Instagram profile.

  • You can reschedule your appointment up to  48 hours before on Fresha.

  • Yes, even if you have had our treatments done elsewhere, you need a patch test. There are so many brands on the market so it’s better to be safe than sorry! You can arrange to pop by the studio or have a patch test delivered. Book your patch test through Fresha. 

  • We are currently operating from a home studio based in Homerton. Full address can be found on your confirmation emails. 

Our Policies

Things to know

We are a pet-free salon, please do not bring your pet to your appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to book a new one.

Please come to your appointment alone. We are operating from a home studio and do not have the capacity for additional people or children. 

Please arrive on time as we do not have a waiting area and work on a tight schedule 

Lateness

We allow a ten minute grace period for lateness, unfortunately, if you are more than ten minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged. Please also do get in touch to let us know.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your appointments for free up to 48 hours before your appointment. All cancellations and reschedules need to be made via Fresha.
If you cancel or reschedule outside of this time frame you will be charged 100% of the appointment.

No Shows

If you do not turn up to your appointment and have not got in touch, you will be charged 100% of your appointment.
If payment has not been made this can lead to you not being able to book at The Go.To again in the future.
